What is Scolaris Pay?

Scolaris Pay is a mobile app that allows parents to pay school fees, registration, meals, and transport for their children online, securely and easily.

Where can I download the app?

The app is available on Google Play (Android) and the Apple Store (iOS).

Is Scolaris Pay available throughout Côte d’Ivoire?

Yes. Any school registered on the platform can receive payments, no matter its location.

How do I use Scolaris Pay?

Download the app, sign up using:

• your phone number

• youremail

• or Google, Facebook, or Apple

Then select your child’s school, search by name/class/student ID, select the fee type, fill in the required details, and proceed to payment.

What types of fees can I pay?

You can pay for:

• Tuition

• Registration

• Schoolmeals

• School transport

• Uniforms or textbooks (if provided by the school)

Are there transfer fees?

Yes. Transfer fees apply depending on the payment method. These are shownclearlybeforepayment confirmation.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All your data is encrypted and secure. Nothing is shared without your consent.

Are my banking details stored?

No. Payments are processed securely by our certified payment provider. We do not store banking information.

How do I know if my child’s school is on Scolaris Pay?

Search for the school name in the app. If registered, it will appear.

What if my school isn’t on the platform yet?

You can submit the school’s contact info via the app or invite the school to contact us. School registration is not free.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. You will receive a digital receipt by SMS, email, and in your payment history in the app.

Can I access my payment history?

Yes. All transactions are saved and accessible anytime.
